AJS Profiles offer accurate High Definition plasma and flame cut steel profiles in grades including S275JR, S355J2+N, EN8, C45, Grade 60, Grade 70 and S690QL.
Our extensive steel profiling thickness range includes thick and heavy steel profiles.
Single steel profiles can be cut 10 metres x 3.4 metres.
Our rapid steel profile turnaround service is typically 2/3 working days.
Other services include chamfering steel profiles and free issue cutting tubes.
Our machine capacity is as follows
2x Plasma Cutter - 6 metre x 3 metre bed - cutting up to 50mm thick.
10x Oxy-Propane Cutting Machines - max size 18 metres x 3.7 metres (up to 20 tonne profile weight)
